Auction sale is being conducted in association with Macon Brothers Auctioneers, the location of the LIVE auction will be at their Airport Facility 301 E. Aeronca, Walla Walla, WA 99362 (Hwy12 Airport Exit, first right past terminal)
The properties are located off Mormon Grade Road in Walla Walla County. The Southern boundary of the larger property lies on the Oregon/Washington border. Mormon Grade Road runs through both properties. Two separate parcels make up 91.78 acres.
